Vous n&rsquo;avez pas besoin d&rsquo;une application sp\u00e9cifique, simplement une connexion internet. <br>Chez vous, cr\u00e9ez un espace o\u00f9 vous pouvez observer l&rsquo;\u00e9cran, avoir la place pour votre tapis et vos accessoires. Vous choisissez le moment qui vous convient pour \u00e9viter d&rsquo;\u00eatre d\u00e9rang\u00e9.e et tirer le maximum de votre s\u00e9ance.<br>Vous y avez acc\u00e8s pendant 7 jours \u00e0 partir de la date d&rsquo;envoi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Inscription<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Vous pouvez vous inscrire en m&rsquo;envoyant votre demande par mail : emiliana@anantayoga.fr <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Tarif<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Si vous voulez faire exclusivement les cours en vid\u00e9o, vous pouvez r\u00e9gler soit 100 \u20ac le trimestre &#8211; soit 12\u20ac \u00e0 l&rsquo;unit\u00e9. Vous pouvez r\u00e9gler par virement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Attention<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ces cours s&rsquo;adressent \u00e0 des personnes majeures, en bonne sant\u00e9, et id\u00e9alement ayant d\u00e9j\u00e0 suivi des cours de yoga aupr\u00e8s d&rsquo;un.e enseignant.e qualifi\u00e9.e.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ananta Yoga propose un programme avec des cours r\u00e9fl\u00e9chis, bienveillants et pr\u00e9par\u00e9s avec soin, avec un cadre clairement sp\u00e9cifi\u00e9.
